We are seeking a reliable and well-organised individual to join our team in a busy industrial environment. This role is perfect for someone confident in using computers, accurate with paperwork, and who enjoys collaborating within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Perform general office administration and data entry
Support management and operational teams with documentation
Answer phone calls and emails professionally
Ensure files and systems are kept up to date
Requirements:

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and email systems
Previous administration experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Positive, professional and proactive attitude
