The role

Contract available until March 2027

Onsite interviews will be held 29th and 30th July

Strong Administrator required to provide excellent administrative support to our Income and Collection team. You will deal with internal and external queries and support the wider team. Strong communication skills will be key for this role.
You will use online portal to review and verify records, manage issues around compliance, support and manage team agenda and diaries, book and minute meetings as required. The team work in a hybrid manner so this will involve working a mix of office and home.

This role is part of Customer & Communities where you'll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.

What you'll achieve

You will use online portal to review and verify records, manage issues around compliance ensuring accuracy on all records.,
Support and manage team agenda and diaries, book and minute meetings as required.
Reviews and process credit returns
Accurate maintain calendar and system updates in regards to court hearings and eviction datesWhat you'll bring

Essential skills

Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience and ability to interpret basic data reports
Good customer communication skills.
The ability to manage and prioritise own workload to ensure all deadline are met.
