Location: Saxmundham

Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour (including holiday pay)

Your role

You will work in a residential care setting, supporting children with daily life, emotional wellbeing, and guidance.

Build positive relationships based on trust and respect.

Encourage independence and daily routines.

Support emotional regulation and behaviour management.

Be a steady and caring presence.

What we are looking for

Six months of full-time care experience in the last three years.

At least three months’ experience working with children or young people in the last three years.

Right to work in the UK.
