Full Time – 40 Hours
Salary: Competitive (dependent on knowledge and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a capable and commercially minded BI Analyst and Power BI Developer to take ownership of an established Power BI reporting environment and help shape the next phase of business intelligence capability.

You'll be working within a mature data environment that integrates Planon, SAP, and a central data warehouse via OData and Dataflows, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact from day one.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting performance, reliability, and user experience.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

*

Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query (M), Dataflows, and report optimisation.

*

Experience working with ERP or CAFM systems such as SAP or Planon, ideally using OData.

*

Strong understanding of financial reporting and commercial metrics, including margins, P&L, revenue, and cost analysis.

*

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and quickly understand complex existing data models.

*

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving reporting solutions.

*

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Package

*

Competitive salary.

*

Annual salary review.

*

*

31 days' holiday, including bank holidays.

*

Hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the office, with flexibility depending on business needs).

*

Extensive learning and development opportunities with genuine career progression.

*

Employee Assistance Programme offering confidential support on personal, health, legal, and financial matters.

*

Bupa Cash Plan, including dental, optical, physiotherapy, and health & wellbeing benefits.

*
