Role: Solution Architect/Solution Designer

Location: Swindon REMOTE

Contract: Initally 3 Month contract extensions likely

Rate: Competitive daily rate Outside IR35

We are currently partnering with a well-established client who is looking to strengthen their Architecture function with an experienced Solution Architect/Solution Designer.

The organisation is currently undertaking a migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and requires an experienced contractor to provide additional architectural support. You will play a key role in reducing pressure on the existing team, driving solution design activities, and ensuring key project deliverables are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust solution architectures to support a Legacy ERP migration.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to define solution designs that align with business requirements.
• Produce clear, practical designs in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Navigate ambiguity and incomplete requirements, translating them into well-defined technical solutions.
• Support the successful delivery of a brownfield transformation programme.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Designer, or Integration-Focused Technical Designer on complex business systems programmes.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or LS Central.
• Experience with EPOS/POS systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Legacy ERP migration projects.
