We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Connection Project Manager to lead the deployment of warehouse-to-SAP S/4HANA integrations across multiple European countries. This is a critical role within a large-scale SAP transformation programme, responsible for driving the successful design, build, testing, and rollout of warehouse connection solutions.

The successful candidate will act as the Digital Technology (DT) Lead for warehouse connectivity, partnering closely with Integration Hub teams, warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure seamless integration between warehouse environments and SAP S/4HANA.

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of warehouse connection solutions as part of a broader SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Manage warehouse integration rollouts across multiple EU countries, ensuring delivery against project timelines, scope, and budget.
• Act as the primary DT Lead for warehouse connectivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Integration Hub (iHub), warehouse operations teams, and business stakeholders to define and validate solution designs.
• Coordinate design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities for warehouse integration solutions.
• Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery teams.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and deployment readiness activities.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners where applicable.
• Promote best practices for logistics processes, warehouse operations, and system integration.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale IT or Digital Technology programmes.
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of physical logistics and warehouse management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in multinational environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Excellent planning, risk management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple countries and cultures.

• Previous experience with warehouse system integrations and warehouse connectivity solutions.
• Understanding of API-based integrations, Middleware platforms, or Integration Hub environments.
• Experience with SAP EWM, WMS, logistics execution, or related warehouse technologies.
• Knowledge of system integration testing, deployment methodologies, and cutover management.

• Start date: ASAP
• Contract duration: until end-of-year, with possible 12 month extension
• Location: Poland, France, Romania or Spain - primarily remote; occasional travel requrired
