Role: Support Analyst
Type:
Permanent
Salary:
£27,500
Location:
Hybrid - remote with travel twice per week

We're looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Support Analyst to join a growing tech business that supports the healthcare sector. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office in Lincoln at least two days a week, so you'll need to be within a reasonable commute.

You'll be the first port of call for customers when they need help - answering queries over the phone and email, figuring out what's gone wrong, and getting it sorted as quickly as possible (all while keeping your cool and providing excellent customer service).

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line support to customers via phone and email
  • Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Running SQL updates to fix data issues and create custom reports
  • Logging and managing support tickets through the system
  • Escalating issues when needed and keeping customers updated
  • Working closely with the wider team to keep service at a high standard

Skills:

  • Great all-round IT skills
  • Someone who loves solving problems and can think on their feet
  • Brilliant communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Good at juggling multiple tasks and prioritising under pressure
  • Previous application support experience is a bonus (but not essential)
  • Experience with SQL is an advantage (but not essential)

Benefits:

You'll be joining a supportive company where personal development is encouraged. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll get:

  • Hybrid working with flexibility
  • Time set aside weekly for personal development
  • In-house L&D team to upskill you throughout your career
  • Private healthcare, pension, and other benefits
  • Extra days off for your birthday and volunteering
  • Regular team socials and company events

If you're ready to put your problem-solving skills to good use in a supportive, fast-paced tech environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: you must have the right to work in the UK and be within a commutable distance to Lincoln or open to relocation.
