*Senior Business Analyst (SAP ERP) | Netherlands | Hybrid*

RED is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale business transformation programme. You will act as the primary link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective functional solutions across a complex SAP landscape.

This is a hands-on Business Analysis role requiring strong stakeholder management, process analysis, functional design, and ERP integration experience.

This is a 10 months contract with extension possibilities, 3 days minimum onsite presence required in Den Bosch, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and third-party vendors.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex business processes into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Develop functional designs for interfaces, integrations and system enhancements.
• Validate that proposed technical solutions meet agreed business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder discussions.
• Create process flows, BPMN diagrams, use cases and user stories.
• Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution and defect management.
• Assist with data mapping, migration and conversion activities alongside technical teams.
• Support implementation planning, cutover preparation and go-live activities.
• Track project decisions, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project life cycle.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Information Analyst.
• SAP knowledge of preferably modules QM and EAM
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong experience working across multiple systems, integrations and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and producing functional specifications.
• Experience creating process models (BPMN), use cases and functional documentation.
