Premier Education is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants for a number of long-term opportunities in welcoming primary schools across the Stockport area.
We are looking for committed and reliable Teaching Assistants seeking full-time, long-term positions. These roles include classroom support, small group interventions, 1:1 support, and SEND positions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Please note: Applicants must have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applicants without this experience.

During the last academic year, a number of our Teaching Assistants secured permanent school positions after initially starting on supply through Premier Education.
The Role:
Supporting pupils within the classroom, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress
Supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment
Working as part of a supportive school team on a long-term basis
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools is essential
Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A reliable, professional, and committed attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
