Start immediately in a long-term Multi Trade Operative role offering £20–£22 per hour, 55p per mile mileage, varied work across kitchens and bathrooms, and weekly pay. If you're looking for consistent work where you can focus on carpentry, plumbing, and tiling without painting or plastering, this is an excellent opportunity.
You'll be joining an established property repairs contractor that delivers insurance reinstatement works following fire and water damage. Working across domestic properties, you'll benefit from planned workloads, structured scheduling, and a supportive team while covering a regional patch within approximately 1.5 hours of your local hub (Peterborough).
I'd love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, Property Maintenance Operative, Carpenter, or Maintenance Technician.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
Completing insurance reinstatement and repair works in occupied and void properties
Carrying out second-fix carpentry including skirting boards, architraves and hanging doors
Installing and repairing sanitaryware, kitchen sinks and radiators
Fitting laminate flooring and completing finishing works
Tile bathrooms/wet rooms to a good standard
Working on a variety of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projectsI'd love to speak to anyone who has:
A strong background in carpentry, basic plumbing and tiling
Experience working in domestic property repairs or refurbishment
The ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
Their own van and a full UK driving licence
Practical trade experience; formal qualifications are not essentialThis Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:

Location & travel
This role covers a regional patch within approximately 1.5 hours of your local hub in Peterborough. You'll travel between domestic properties using your own van, with 55p per mile mileage paid to support your travel costs.
