Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant with tracheostomy and ventilation experience looking for a rewarding role in complex care? At Apollo Home Healthcare, you'll provide dedicated 1:1 support to a gentleman with complex clinical needs in his own home, making a meaningful difference every day.

Your Role
As part of a dedicated care team, you will deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care, supporting a range of complex clinical interventions, including:
* Tracheostomy care, including inner cannula changes
* Mechanical ventilation management
* PEG feeding
* Catheter care
* Medication and nebuliser administration
* Cough assist therapy
* Moving and handling
* Monitoring the client's health, recognising changes in their condition, and responding appropriately
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* At least 3 months' experience in a care setting
* Previous experience supporting ventilated clients and undertaking tracheostomy inner cannula changes (essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach
* Availability to work a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per week
A driving licence is not required.
