Pay: £31.56ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duties
We're looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of both hard and soft FM services across a portfolio in the region, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance, alongside soft services including cleaning, waste, security, and front-of-house.
Drive health and safety compliance, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure safe working practices at all times.
Take ownership of service delivery issues, using CAFM data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders while supporting effective resource planning and operational resilience.
Person Specification
Proven experience within Facilities Management or Building Services, delivering hard and soft FM services in a multi-site environment.
Strong organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good understanding of statutory compliance and health and safety requirements, with experience managing subcontractors.
Experience using CAFM systems and operational reporting tools, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence
