We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Interim Curriculum & Quality Manager to lead the development and delivery of an outstanding adult learning service.
This is a strategic leadership role for an ambitious professional who is passionate about transforming lives through education, driving quality improvement, and ensuring learners achieve excellent outcomes.
Reporting to the Principal, you will lead curriculum innovation, quality assurance, safeguarding, and performance management across the service. You will develop an inclusive, responsive curriculum aligned with local skills priorities, employer needs, and GLA funding requirements, while driving excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment through robust quality improvement processes.
As Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), you will foster a strong safeguarding culture and ensure statutory compliance. You will use data and performance intelligence to improve learner outcomes, maximise funding performance, maintain audit compliance, and ensure continuous Ofsted readiness. Working collaboratively with staff, employers, community partners, and stakeholders, you will inspire high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
The successful candidate will bring significant experience in adult or further education, a proven track record in curriculum and quality leadership, strong knowledge of Ofsted and funding compliance requirements, and the ability to motivate teams and deliver measurable impact.
