Our client is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to use your expertise in a hands-on role, partnering with operational teams to promote safe working practices and drive continuous improvement across a key water sector contract.
This is not a desk-based role. You’ll be out on site, building relationships, providing practical advice, and helping teams deliver work safely and efficiently.
Contract is Scotland wide so may be some travelling but majority of work in the Perth/Dundee locations.
Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…
* Carrying out site inspections and audits
* Advising operational teams and supporting the setting of safety objectives
* Supporting accident and incident investigations
* Contributing health and safety input into tenders and bids

We would love to hear from you if…

You’ll have a strong understanding of current health and safety legislation and ideally experience within utilities, water, civil engineering or a similar operational environment.
A NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) is essential, along with Tech IOSH membership (or working towards Graduate IOSH). A full UK driving licence is required due to the site-based nature of the role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you can make a genuine difference
