Fortress Recruit is a specialist recruitment consultancy supporting the Defence, Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing sectors across the UK.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for our first Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous agency recruitment experience who enjoys candidate delivery, relationship building and providing an exceptional service, but wants to step away from the high KPI, target driven environment of larger agencies.
Initially, you'll play a key role in candidate sourcing, recruitment administration and delivering against vacancies for our clients. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll manage vacancies, develop existing client relationships and take ownership of your own accounts.
If you're looking for a role where you'll have genuine autonomy, influence the future of a growing business and build a long term career within specialist recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
* Source and attract high quality candidates across Engineering, Manufacturing and Defence markets
* Manage permanent and contract recruitment campaigns
* Screen, interview and qualify candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines for future opportunities
* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
* Prepare candidate profiles and shortlist recommendations
* Manage offers through to successful placement and invoicing
* Build long term relationships with new and existing clients
* Create engaging job adverts and advertise vacancies across multiple platforms
* Maintain accurate and compliant CRM records
* Produce market mapping and salary benchmarking reports
* Support LinkedIn content, marketing campaigns and employer branding activity
* Assist with website updates and recruitment insight content
To be considered for this role, you'll have:
* Previous agency recruitment experience across permanent and/or contract vacancies
* Defence, Engineering or Manufacturing industry experience (desirable)
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and online job boards
* Experience using recruitment CRM systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Comfortable working remotely when required
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail
* A proactive approach with a genuine enthusiasm for recruitment
* Marketing or social media experience (desirable)
This is a full time, permanent role, 35 hours per week with remote working opportunity and flexibility around hours. On offer is a base salary of £26-£30K DoE, plus up 15% commission with no threshold, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and ongoing training, mentoring and development.
If you're looking for a recruitment role where quality comes before KPIs, where your contribution genuinely matters and where you can help build something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you. Should you be interested and wish to hear more, please send your updated CV to Becki to apply
