The Role
As the Service Manager, you’ll:
- Manage the delivery of reactive and programmed maintenance, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Oversee health and safety compliance on site, ensuring all regulations are adhered to.
- Provide technical support and advice to stakeholders and manage inspection reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving end-user issues and complaints.
You
To be successful in the role of Service Manager, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in hard FM maintenance management, preferably with a reactive and planned maintenance background.
- Strong people management skills and experience managing KPIs.
- Knowledge of IOSH and compliance standards.
- Technical qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (advantageous but not essential).
- Full UK driving licence and ability to obtain SC Clearance.
