Are you an experienced Extrusion Operative looking to join a well-established manufacturing business with long-term stability and career progression opportunities?

Your Role
As an Extrusion Operative, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring extrusion production lines to ensure high-quality output and efficient production performance.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and troubleshoot extrusion production lines to required specifications
Visually inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Prepare and assemble components for machinery
Package products in line with customer procedures
Carry out general production duties and departmental cover as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Support production management with continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience with thermoplastic and/or extrusion processes
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Proactive and self-motivated approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Understanding of safe systems of work and waste handling procedures
Flexible approach to supporting different production areas
Working Hours
4 on / 4 off shift pattern
7:00am – 7:00pm (days)
7:00pm – 7:00am (nights)
