Multi Trade Team – Voids (Price Work)

Location: Bromley
Rate: Price Work – £750–£3,000 per property (depending on property size and schedule of works)
Contract: Ongoing
Start: Immediate

We're looking for experienced Multi Trade Teams to work on a busy social housing voids contract across Bromley.

This is a price work role, ideal for teams who can work efficiently while maintaining a high standard. Typical earnings are £750–£3,000 per property, with a consistent pipeline of work available.

The Role:

* Full refurbishment of void social housing properties

* Carrying out all internal and external works required to bring properties back to lettable standard

* Everything covered except gas and electrical works

* Working from a schedule of rates on a price work basis

* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Typical Works Include:

* Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)

* Plumbing repairs and sanitary ware

* Kitchen and bathroom fitting

* Plastering and patch repairs

* Tiling

* Painting and decorating

* Flooring and vinyl

* Door, lock and ironmongery replacements

* General repairs and snagging

Requirements:

* Previous experience working on social housing voids

* Own van and tools

* Ability to complete properties independently and to programme

* Full UK Driving Licence

* CSCS card preferred

* Strong attention to detail and quality of work
