Customer Service Advisor

Cheltenham – hybrid

£26,250 per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service advisor to join a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation. This role is ideal for someone with proven customer service experience to join a globally recognised organisation.

The Role:

· Provide excellent customer service answering enquiries by phone, live chat and written communication

· Build strong rapport with customers, providing support and guidance

· Assess applications and review documents using established guidelines and quality standards

· Handle customer requests and complaints with professionalism and care

· Work closely with colleagues across the wider team, including contributing to training and shared service goals

Person Requirements:

· Proven experience in a customer service advisory role, ideally including administration experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong customer service ethos, with a passion for delivering excellent service

· Minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grades A* - C / 9 - 4

· Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
