We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Southend-on-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous production or manufacturing experience who are looking for a full-time role with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Operating production machinery and equipment
Assembling and packing products to specification
Carrying out quality checks
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following production schedules and company procedures
Meeting daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements

✅ Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Good attention to detail
✅ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
✅ Available to start immediately
