Guidant Global is recruiting on behalf of Airbus for a talented and motivated Conformance Manager / Business Partner to join the Procurement organisation at Airbus Broughton.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Airbus' wing production supply chain. Acting as a key link between suppliers, procurement teams, quality functions, and operational stakeholders, you will help drive supplier performance, resolve quality issues, and support the delivery of world-class manufacturing standards.

Working across a broad supplier portfolio supporting Airbus Single Aisle programmes, you'll collaborate with teams across the business and internationally, helping to strengthen supply chain performance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Conformance Manager / Business Partner, you will:

Act as the primary operational interface between Airbus and suppliers for quality and supply chain-related activities.
Lead the immediate containment of supplier quality issues identified within the plant and Final Assembly Line.
Work directly with suppliers to implement swift containment actions at source.
Investigate root causes alongside suppliers and procurement teams to drive permanent corrective actions.
Collaborate with operational and quality teams to establish liability and ensure corrective measures are effectively implemented.
Monitor, analyse and report supplier quality performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
Support production continuity by working closely with supply chain and inventory teams during quality-related disruptions.
Assist operational teams in managing supply chain changes and customer protection activities.
Support supplier claims processes by providing cost and activity data relating to quality containment actions.
Coordinate inspection requirements with Incoming Inspection teams, including implementing and removing enhanced inspection controls.
Work alongside wider procurement functions to eliminate quality incidents and improve supplier performance.
Manage supplier performance reviews and lead supplier recovery activities where required.
Support the deployment of procurement digital initiatives and transformation programmes.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across internal and external processes.
Coordinate supplier working groups and cross-functional improvement activities.
Partner with Conformance Management and Supply Chain Quality teams to manage quality escapes and related stock issues.What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working within procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, or operational environments.
The ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
Confidence managing multiple priorities and working across diverse stakeholder groups.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
Experience of supplier management, quality assurance, or supply chain performance management would be beneficial.Why Apply?
