Bench Joiner - Permanent Position

Location: Thatcham, Berkshire

We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our team in Thatcham on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled joiner with experience manufacturing high-quality timber doors, windows, and staircases. You will be joining a well-established workshop producing bespoke joinery to the highest standards.

The Role

As a Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for:

Manufacturing bespoke timber doors, windows, and staircases.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Assembling and finishing joinery products to a high standard.
Carrying out quality inspections to ensure exceptional work.
Working independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Bench Joiner.
Experience producing timber doors, windows, and staircases.
Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and workshop practices.
Reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team.
