If you're an experienced CNC Turner who enjoys precision engineering and takes pride in producing high-quality work, this could be an excellent opportunity to take your career further.
You'll join a growing manufacturer that invests in its people as much as its technology. Working with modern CNC Turning Centres, you'll manufacture complex aerospace components while developing your skills through ongoing training and support from an experienced engineering team.
You'll have the opportunity to work with specialist materials including Titanium, Inconel and Nickel alloys, producing safety-critical components to exceptionally high standards. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll benefit from a Medicash Health Plan, company pension and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you both inside and outside of work.
What you'll be doing
As part of a collaborative manufacturing team, you'll:
* Set and operate CNC Turning Centres to produce precision aerospace components.
* Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers to ensure components meet exact specifications and quality standards.
* Manufacture complex, safety-critical parts to tight tolerances.
* Continuously develop your machining skills through structured training and exposure to advanced manufacturing techniques.
* Contribute to a culture of quality, continuous improvement and teamwork.
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from CNC Turners who have:
* A completed engineering apprenticeship and/or time-served machining experience.
* Experience setting and operating CNC turning machines.
* A good understanding of precision engineering and working to tight tolerances.
* Pride in producing quality work and a willingness to keep learning and developing.
About the company
Our client is a leading precision engineering manufacturer operating from a modern, state-of-the-art facility, supplying components to the aerospace, defence, nuclear and energy sectors.
Continued investment in the latest machining technology, modern equipment and employee development has created an environment where skilled engineers can build long-term careers. You'll be joining a supportive team that values collaboration, craftsmanship and continuous improvement, with genuine opportunities to develop as the business continues to grow.
If you're looking for a role where your skills will be valued, your development will be supported and your work will make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
