Are you an organised, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coordinating people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly?
We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business that provides service solutions across the UK. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their friendly team in Salfords.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently, engineers are scheduled effectively, and customers receive exceptional support every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the service team, you'll:
Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Log, monitor, and update service requests using internal systems
Coordinate engineer visits, installations, repairs, and follow-up appointments
Keep customers informed with timely updates and clear communication
Plan and prioritise engineer schedules to meet service commitments
Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
Process reports, paperwork, and service-related administration
Monitor outstanding jobs and proactively follow up to ensure completion
Support the wider service team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Deliver a professional, positive customer experience at all timesWhat We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
Previous experience in a service desk, scheduling, customer service, coordination, or administrative role
Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM or service management systems
