I'm currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing business and play a key role in driving quality performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Our client is a well-established global manufacturer, supplying high-performance products and infrastructure solutions to some of the world's leading technology organisations. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a talented Quality Manager.

The Role
Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team, driving a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and problem-solving across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team.
Drive continuous improvement and quality performance.
Manage customer complaints and corrective actions.
Lead 8D investigations and root cause analysis.
Own Quality KPIs and departmental reporting.
Support NPI projects and part qualification activities.
Ensure compliance with customer, ISO, and business standards.
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Promote a strong health & safety culture.
Skills & Experience
HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering.
Proven quality leadership experience within manufacturing.
Strong people management and team development skills.
Experience supporting NPI and engineering change projects.
Skilled in problem-solving and quality methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Organised, results-driven, and hands-on.
