About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools in Brent. • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Provide feedback to schools regarding pupil progress and classroom activities.
• Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• A confident and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible and professional attitude.
• A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (UDS), or be willing to apply for one.
