The HireWorks are currently recruiting for a Temporary Reception & Front Desk Assistant to provide flexible, ad hoc cover for one of our valued clients.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day running of the facility. Alongside reception duties, you'll assist with room set ups, event preparation, basic facilities support and general administration.
We're looking for someone who is approachable, organised and adaptable, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may become available at short notice and can include weekdays, evenings and weekends.
