Quality Controller

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Controller to oversee and maintain the highest standards of product quality within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all products meet specified quality criteria, supporting continuous process improvement, and collaborating across various departments including logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and control stock levels accurately

* Perform regular stock checks and inventory audits

* Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality standards

* Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

* Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting

* Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures

Requirements

* 3-5 years experience in stock control, inventory, in food industry

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good organisational and time-management skills

* Ability to work independently and within a team

* Familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel

* Excellent communication skills

* Must have the legal right to work in the UK

Salary & Terms:

* £25.5K to £28K depending on experience

* Permanent, full-time position

* Any 5/6 days a week

* Sunday to Friday shifts

* 6am - 8am start (must be flexible)
