Sales Administrator

£30,000 per annum, Mon-Fri 08:30am to 5pm, Permanent, BS11 Avonmouth, Bristol, Quartley Bonus of £250 per Quarter, Parking, Pension, Holiday plus more

A prestigious, highly reputable and growing construction industry supplier who are actively seeking a sales administrator to join their team. Working within a sales support team of 3, with the full support of a direct line manager this role will see you working within a client focused role where you will need to have an organised and proactive approach. Providing you with full, day one and on-going training, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

This opportunity as sales administrator will see you :

Processing orders from sales representatives and managing the life cycle of an order
Investigating invoice queries and delivering customer services excellence
Liaising with clients on the delivery of products / ETA's
Registering machinery
Monitoring shared inbox ensuring queries and enquires and managed timely
Maintaining communication with internal departments to ensure swift delivery with orders
Maintain internal CRM, ERP and stock management systems

The sales administrator opportunity will have a need for the successful candidate to hold experience within sales administration or sales support ideally from within the construction, manufacturing or a supplier based industry. Good systems experience within the use of ERP and CRM packages would be beneficial.

Working within this business will see you join a team orientated business where you would be invested in with full training on their products, services, systems and procedures. With rewards to achieve along the way, your hard work will go recognised and rewarded.
