Empowering Learning is delighted to announce that we have secured a new partnership with one of the UK's leading private nursery groups, creating exciting opportunities for Nursery Practitioners across the Wirral.

Due to increased demand, we are now recruiting passionate, caring and enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurses, as well as experienced Nursery Assistants, to work across a number of high-quality private day nurseries.

Whether you're looking for flexible hourly work to fit around your lifestyle, regular weekly bookings, long-term placements or a permanent opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for:

Level 2 Qualified Nursery Practitioners
Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners
Nursery Assistants with previous nursery or childcare experience
Early Years professionals who are passionate about supporting young children's development

The Role

You will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities.
Delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS Framework.
Encouraging children's social, emotional and physical development.
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and health & safety.
Supporting meal times, routines and daily activities.

What we're looking for

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (for qualified roles)
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
