Role Overview
Electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance
Working as part of a skilled, friendly engineering team
Reporting into an experienced Maintenance Manager
Maintaining fast‑moving, high‑volume industrial production equipment
Involvement in CI/Kaizen projects and cross‑functional improvements
Supporting machinery upgrades, installations, and site improvements
Access to internal and external training to support development
Ensuring safe working practices at all times
Skills & Experience
Time‑served apprenticeship (electrical)
Strong background in heavy industry, plastics, chemicals, FMCG, or similar environments
Confident fault‑finding across electrical and mechanical systems
Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CI tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S)
Comfortable working in a hands‑on, sometimes messy, fast‑paced environment
Motivated team player with a proactive approach to engineering challenges
