This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and creating engaging activities that help students build confidence, resilience and life skills.
The Role:
You'll plan and deliver a varied programme of enrichment activities and events, promote student wellbeing and engagement, support attendance and progression, and work closely with pastoral and curriculum teams to create a positive, inclusive college environment. You'll also maintain accurate student records, support safeguarding procedures and encourage students to make the most of college life. We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Experience working with young people in an education, youth work or community setting.
A genuine passion for supporting students' personal development, wellbeing and progression.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using student databases or record systems.
An understanding of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
A Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards achieving it).
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. Why Apply?
