Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour
About the Role
Are you detail-focused, motivated, and looking to develop your career within a specialist manufacturing environment?
Our client is seeking Manufacturing Operatives to join their team and support the production of high-quality products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong eye for detail, and are keen to build their skills within a precision manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture precision products while following strict specifications and quality standards.
Follow documented work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
Complete production records, process documentation, and quality checks accurately.
Record any process issues or deviations and escalate concerns where required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, and time management in line with procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production updates, equipment concerns, and any issues affecting performance.Skills and Experience Required
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A reliable and responsible approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production environment is desirable, although full training will be provided.Additional Info
Rate; £14.41 - £16.00 per hour
