Pulse Bodyworks Ltd is a busy, insurance-approved vehicle accident repair centre committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle repairs. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our front office. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the workshop and management team with a variety of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting customers and visitors professionally.
* Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
* Managing emails and responding promptly to customer enquiries.
* Booking vehicles in for repair and arranging appointments.
* Updating customers on the progress of their repairs.
* Liaising with insurance companies, engineers and suppliers.
* Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
* Managing customer files and repair documentation.
* Ordering office supplies when required.
* Assisting with general office administration.
* Supporting the workshop manager and estimators with administrative tasks.
* Ensuring reception and office areas remain organised and presentable.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an administration or receptionist role.
* Previous experience within the automotive, accident repair or motor trade industry is preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload.
* Professional appearance and telephone manner.
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am – 5:00pm
* 40 hours per week
