Groundworker (Finishing) – Alderton – Immediate Start

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a busy residential housing development in Alderton.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled groundworker with housing finishing experience, particularly slabbing, to work with a reputable contractor.

Duties:

* Carrying out finishing groundworks on a live housing development

* Laying slabs and completing external finishing works

* Preparing surfaces and ensuring high-quality finishes

* Working safely alongside other trades on site

* Following site management instructions and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Card

* Proven experience in finishing groundworks and slabbing

* Previous experience working on housing developments

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Two checkable work references

* Full PPE

Job Details:

* Location: Alderton

* Pay: £22.00 per hour

* Start Date: Immediate

* Hours: Monday to Friday
