Electrical Project Engineer
Location: Runcorn
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000

An opportunity has opened for an Electrical Project Engineer to join an engineering and manufacturing company based in Runcorn. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Project Engineer, Commissioning Engineer or similar and will have experience of testing, implementing and installing instrumentation and control systems.
The role involves travel to other UK offices so comes with a car allowance / company car whichever you’d prefer including other benefits such as company bonuses and increasing holiday allowance.
Electrical Project Engineer Key Skills:
* Background in Project Engineering, Commissioning or similar
* Understanding of electrical instrumentation and control systems
* Experience of panel wiring ideally to 18th edition
* Testing & implementation experience
* Excellent understanding of projects from start to finish
* Any CAD experience would be a bonus
* EMC knowledge is beneficial
* Control Systems: SCADA would be ideal
* Full UK Driving License
Electrical Project Engineer Responsibilities:
* Testing, implementing and installing instrumentation and controls systems for clients
* Commissioning and installing software and hardware and electrical components
* Developing design documentations
* Assisting with the full project lifecycle
* Co-ordinating with customers and implementing their requirements
* Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests
* Attending sites to conduct site surveys
