* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all models/drawings are managed in accordance with project requirements (e.g. ProjectWise).

Requirements

* Level 5 qualification or higher in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.

* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and building services coordination.

* Knowledge of electrical systems (power, lighting, containment) within a building services environment is advantageous.

* Proficient in AutoCAD, with experience in Revit and other 3D modelling tools.

* Working knowledge of Navisworks, Plant3D or Civil3D is desirable.

* Familiarity with MicroStation and ProjectWise is beneficial.

* Skilled in both 2D drafting and 3D modelling.

* Good understanding of BIM processes and digital engineering workflows.

* Competent user of Microsoft Office 365.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.

* Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for digital design.

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn, develop and share knowledge.
