We are recruiting for a mainstream primary school with a SEND Nursery based within the school, in the borough of Kingston Upon Thames. We are looking for a SEND Nursery Assistant with a welcoming and patient personality and ready to start in September.
The role:
Working 1:1 with SEND children in Early Years including children with ASC.
Ensuring that the sensory areas, play areas and classrooms are set up and safe for the child.
Keeping parents aware of any feedback regarding the children and suggesting ways on how to overcome these challenges.
Assist Teachers with planning and delivering interactive, engaging lessons that meet the needs of SEND pupils.
Requirement:
Available Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:00
Valid Child only DBS on update service or willing to apply for one.
1 Year experience working with children including within a nursery.
Holds a Bachelor's degree (required) and Level 3 (not required)
Have previous experience working within SENDPay Rate: £80- £100 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
