We are partnering with a well-established Cornish business to recruit an Customer Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, managing projects and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer accounts and build strong, lasting relationships.

* Support customers from enquiry and quotation through to project completion.

* Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

* Work closely with internal departments to deliver customer requirements effectively.

* Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.

* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and work instructions.

* Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Process invoices accurately and within agreed timescales.

* Resolve customer queries and provide proactive solutions.
