Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 0600-14:00/14:00 – 22:00
Reports To: Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business with over 100 years of engineering heritage. Working within a modern production environment, you will support the manufacture of high-quality products that supplied to the Oil & Gas, Power, Defence and Nuclear sectors worldwide.
The Role
As a Welder you will play a vital role in production, welding components and sub-assemblies to coded standards while ensuring quality, safety and productivity targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities of the Welder
Weld components in line with engineering drawings, specifications and procedures.
Prepare welding equipment and work surfaces prior to production.
Inspect and maintain welding equipment to required standards.
Record work accurately using ERP systems.
Monitor consumables and maintain welding rod stores.
Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
Follow Health & Safety, Environmental and 5S procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.What We Are Looking For
Time-served welding apprenticeship or similar
Minimum 5 years' experience as a welder.
Experience with TIG, MMA and MAG welding processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and welding procedures.
Experience working with carbon and stainless steels.
