Part-Time Personal Assistant / Administrator
£33,000 - £38,000 would be the salary if the role were full time.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 3:30pm (22.5 hours per week)
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant / Administrator to join our client’s team on a part-time basis.
This is an office-based role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in producing work of an exceptional standard, and has a keen eye for detail and presentation.
While the role is predominantly Monday to Friday, there will be weekend working a few times each year to support key events. Any weekend hours worked will be compensated with time off in lieu or overtime pay.

As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and PA support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Managing diaries and appointments.
Preparing staff rotas and timetables.
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Preparing professional documents using Microsoft Word.
Booking travel and accommodation when required.
Answering telephone calls and responding to member and general enquiries.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
