Salary:- £36,000 OTE

We have taken on an Automotive Service Advisor role in the Winchester Area for a very successful Premium Dealership Group.
Here are a few pointers: -

Monday to Friday only - no weekends as a rule.
This is a very active site, but you will not be overloaded. You'll be working with 3 other Advisors for a brand that pride themselves on organisation, customer service and working together.
Team based bonus as opposed to individual - you all make in together, achieving anywhere between £400 - £1000 per month
Multi-faceted team and personalities – great working environment at a high pace, if you enjoy the activity this is worth a look.
Key role and responsibilities for this Service Advisor role

Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Sell additional products as appropriate to customer's needs
Advise on timescales and collection arrangements / Produce job cards on in-house computer system
Update customer and vehicle records / Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
Preparation and completion of invoices
Minimum requirements for this Service Advisor role

Experience as a Service Admin / Service Advisor in the Motor Trade
The ability to sell additional products and services to customer
Driving license
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
The ability to manage multiple tasks
