The Role
Zest Education is proud to be working with a number of well‑established mainstream primary schools across Stafford to recruit an experienced, motivated and passionate KS2 Teacher for a full‑time position starting in September 2026.

You will take full responsibility for a KS2 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and contributing to the wider life of the school.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum
* Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform next steps
* Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
* Contribute to school initiatives, events and extracurricular opportunities
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and share best practice
