Your Day-to-Day
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
Interview and place candidates into schools
Build strong candidate and client relationships
Hit weekly KPIs and performance targets
Learn sales, negotiation and influencing skills
Be coached daily by top-performing consultantsYou'll never be left to "figure it out" - the training and support here is industry-leading.
Career Progression
After completing the Impact Academy, you'll progress into a full sales role with specialist training in:
Business development
Margin negotiation
Client visits and account growth
Advanced communication and customer serviceMany consultants dramatically increase their earnings within their second year.
