Ganger

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Ganger for a construction project in Barnham, West Sussex.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

Supervising and coordinating a team of operatives on site
Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Monitoring progress and maintaining high standards of workmanship
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and other trades
Organising materials, plant, and equipment required for daily activities
Carrying out site inspections and reporting any issues or hazards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Supporting the Site Manager in delivering the project on schedule

Requirements:

Must hold a valid CSCS Card (SSSTS or SMSTS is advantageous)
Previous experience working as a Ganger on construction or civil engineering projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be hard working, reliable, and driven
Must have valid ID/Passport
Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
