We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a skilled and experienced Panel Beater for their Accident and Repair Centre located in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire. Basic salary up to £39,000, depending on experience

38-hour working week

Modern workshop facilitiesDuties of the Panel Beater:
Repairing vehicles to a high standard following manufacturer specifications
Removing and refitting panels, bumpers, and doors
Ensuring all work is completed with precision and attention to detail
Utilising various tools and techniques to achieve an excellent finish
Welding and panel beating as required
Working independently or as part of a team
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally
Adhering to health and safety standards at all timesRequirements of the Panel Beater:
Full Level 3 Panel Beater qualification or SCQF equivalent
ATA accreditation is highly beneficial
Good welding skills are advantageous
Demonstrable experience using different tools and techniques for panel repairs
Ability to work on all vehicle makes and models to the highest standard
Own tools for the job
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
