Hours: Monday to Friday, 1000am – 6:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Accommodation Assistant to join our team in Nuneaton. This is a customer-facing role where you will support the day-to-day management of accommodation, ensuring residents receive excellent service while maintaining accurate records and high standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome residents, complete bookings, and issue the appropriate documentation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files.
* Escalate any resident or property issues in line with company procedures.
* Carry out routine and ad-hoc inspections of resident rooms and communal areas.
* Collect deposits and Wi-Fi payments, monitor outstanding balances, and manage arrears where required.
* Handle cash securely and accurately in accordance with company procedures.
* Build positive relationships with residents and our client, NBBC.
What We're Looking For
* Good basic computer skills.
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Comfortable handling cash and maintaining accurate records.
* A professional and approachable manner.
