We're working with a successful and well-respected Commercial Main Dealership in the Bicester area that is looking to add a customer-focused Service Advisor to its busy aftersales team.

Responsibilities
* Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the service journey
* Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated
* Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations
* Managing job progress and communicating repair recommendations
* Working closely with colleagues to achieve team objectives
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to thrive in a busy, customer-facing environment
* A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Salary and Benefits
* Up to £34,000 basic salary
* Bonus scheme
* Monday to Friday, 44.5 hours (alternating shifts)
* 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am – 12:00pm)
