Scheduler - Civil Works Programme

Key Responsibilities

Manage and assure supplier schedule information for contract compliance.

Deliver integrated schedules across allocated work packages.

Produce schedule updates, forecasts, variance analysis and progress reports.

Prepare accurate month-end forecasts, baselines and performance reports.

Build strong relationships with key project stakeholders.

Support programme planning and continuous schedule improvement.

Review and assure supplier programmes for quality and accuracy.

Monitor schedule changes and identify delivery risks and opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business or a related discipline.

Experience on major projects within highly regulated environments.

Strong Primavera P6 planning and scheduling expertise.

Knowledge of NEC, FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.

Understanding of schedule integration, hierarchy and change control.

Familiarity with construction management and design processes.

Awareness of CDM regulations and scheduling impacts.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outputs.
