Site Manager – Planned Works (Kitchens & Bathrooms)
Location: Northampton
Rate: £32.42 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Ongoing
We're recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a planned maintenance programme focused on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments within occupied residential properties.
This is an ongoing contract offering a competitive hourly rate, ideal for someone with a strong background in social housing planned works who can ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
Oversee subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality and programme targets are met.
Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging.
Liaise with tenants, client representatives and the wider project team to maintain excellent communication throughout the programme.
Ensure site documentation, RAMS and permits are completed and maintained.Requirements:
Previous experience managing planned maintenance or refurbishment projects within social housing.
Strong background delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes.
SMSTS, White or Black CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
